Can we cancel an order after it’s been placed?
Please inform us through calling to 0769240234 to cancel the order.
The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from gallecityonline.lk Warehouse.
Product will be sent to courier within 6 hours after placing the order.
Hence appreciate if you could inform us your cancellation within 6 hours from the order placed.
